Return Policy


At Bruce Carter Toronto, we strive to keep our customers satisfied at all times. However, if you wish to return an item, this Return Policy clearly explains how returns must be handled.


Conditions for Returns

  • Returns can only be requested after you have physically received the item.

  • All return shipping costs, including international costs and any customs fees, are the full responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing items is strictly not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return part of the order (“bracketing”) is not allowed.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal of labels will not be accepted for return.


Return Process

  • You must submit a return request by emailing Info@brucecarter-toronto.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.

     

  • After your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.

     

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any shipping and customs charges.

     

  • We highly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (track & trace), as we cannot process or approve returns that are lost or do not arrive at the return address.

     

Refunds

Once the returned item is received at the designated address and approved:

  • The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs, customs fees, and additional charges are non-refundable.

Items that do not meet return conditions may be rejected or refunded only partially.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments. If tracking confirms delivery, we consider the item returned.

  • If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, all resulting issues are the customer's responsibility.

  • Address mistakes must be corrected within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once processed by our supplier.
